Rafa's possible replacements: Moyes and Mourinho
Chelsea owner is looking.

  Going! going !!.....

Chelsea owner is said to meeting key personnel to discuss options as Chelsea finalize their shortlist for the post of a permanent coach for the club.

Recent results and the back lash from the fans of the club has not place interim manager, Rafa Benitez on good light for the job.

Two coaches are been considered with one seen as an outside bet, they are: Real Madrid's Jose Mourinho and David Moyes and Malaga manager Manuel Pellegrini respectively. And ofcouse Abramovich expected to have the final say on who is selected.

Roman Abramovich, Chelsea owner

Jose Mourinho

David Moyes

David Moyes who has coached Everton for 11 years is considered a serious contender and is yet to sign a new contract extension at Goodison, saying he will do so at the end of the season.

Mourinho's comeback as a boss would be the delight of Chelsea's fans and even some of the present players who played under him in his first spell as a coach in Chelsea.

His relationship with owner Abramovich is said to be good though there are fears that they may not be able to work together given the control Mourinho expects to exert over the first team.

Mourinho would be a better choice but can the marriage work for a second time? that's the question on everybody's lips. I hope they can make it work, Chelsea needs Mourinho as much as he needs Chelsea.
