Mario Mandzukic scored twice as Bayern Munich reached their third Champions League semi-final in four years after knocking out juventus.
After their first-leg win, the Germans were again comfortable as Mandzukic headed in Bastian Schweinsteiger's free kick and then slotted in late on.
Arjen Robben also hit the post as Bayern made the most telling chances. Juve were restricted to Andrea Pirlo's saved free-kick and Fabio Quagilarella's shot which hit the post.
The scoreline matched the first-leg in Munich, and there was again a gulf in class between the two teams, who are top of their respective leagues.
Bayern wrapped up their 23rd Bundesliga title last Saturday, and join fellow German team Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League last four brimming with confidence and eager to amend defeat by Chelsea in last season's final.
The Bavarians were also runners-up in the 2010 final and although they could now come up against Spanish giants Real Madrid or Barcelona as well as Dortmund, they will fancy their chances of making a third final in four years.
Bayern won 4-0 on aggregate.
The draw for the semi-final is on Friday.
