Football: Seedorf sacked by AC Milan: Blatter calls critics “racist”

Clarence Seedorf has been sacked as coach of AC Milan. The Dutchman who only arrived at the San Siro in January after succeeding Massimiliano Allegri after the club’s disappointing start to the season. He was replaced by Inzaghi, another San Siro legend like Seedorf.

Inzaghi has never coached at a senior level but has been promoted from Milan’s Under 19 team.

In other news, Fifa President, Sepp Blatter has said allegations surrounding the Qatar 2022 World Cup bid are motivated by racism. (right, what else will he say)

“There is a sort of storm against Fifa relating to the Qatar World Cup, “Blatter said. “Sadly there’s a great deal of discrimination and racism.”

Fifa will rule on the validity of the bidding for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups in September or October. At that point, the president of football’s world governing body said, “the matter will be closed”

My Take:

That’s a lie, the matter is already closed. Anybody wishing to see or hear any truth will wait for eternity. Fifa is corrupt but just because you can’t prove it by video, they will always deny it.

I knew the allegations will go the same way the others have gone, so am not surprised he is saying what he is saying now. “Racism” how? Whites don’t like Arabs or what is he talking about.

All the meetings Qatar officials held with the various European football governing body members even though outside football matters were done to influence their decision to vote in favour of the Arab State. Even if the matters they met for were not football related, the intent however was. So just because it cannot be directly linked doesn’t mean it wasn’t so.

Let their conscious judge them, that’s my answer. Well done Sunday Times.
