How to be a NOBODY

Say Nothing, Do Nothing, and Be Nothing!

I don't know about you, but criticism is always hard for me to swallow. On the surface it always seem your personality is being attacked! But then again, there is always a lesson one can learn from any criticism, whether positive or negative when you are able to push pass the actual criticism.
Aristotle once said, “There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.”
Criticism can actually be a positive thing; it shows that you are doing something worth someone's attention to talk about it.

A few pointers about criticism;

1. Criticism can be feedback towards improvement.
2. Don't waste your energy trying to defend yourself, see what you can learn from it and move on
3. Criticism can come from people that want your progress or downfall. So always check the source of the criticism
4. Don't loss sight/focus of what you are doing because of criticism, most times, the critics are doing nothing of their own.

If you can't stand criticism, then say nothing, do nothing and be nothing!

Enjoy the rest of the day.
