Owning Exotic Pets should be both illegal and punishable. See what Dam constructors found

They found an anaconda, 4 meters and 75 kilos in Cabimas
An unusual finding was recorded in hours Thursday afternoon in a rural area of Cabimas, on the East Coast Lake, when workers discovered a farm in the waters of a well anaconda snake (Eunectes murinus) of approximately four meters long, reports Panorama .

The reptile was located on Corral de Nava sector, Aristides Calvani parish, municipality Cabimas Zulia state. (Venezuela I believe)
Expects say "These are species that do not belong to the area, as their habitat is established in states like Amazonas (Brazil) and Apure. Perhaps this was brought as a pet, it's illegal action, and escaped from their owners.
This is a daily occurrence in Florida, U.S.A. Where millions of exotic pets including snakes and reptiles have either escape or being let loose by the former owners because they became too big for comfort. But what were they thinking, that the animal won't grow? Today, this same out of control PETS are causing havoc to the landscape. Killing domestic animals including dogs, pigs and yes even humans.
We should leave these animals where they belong. Aren’t dogs and cats enough pets for us?

Happily, this snake was returned to its natural habitat safely.
The original message was in Spanish. Sorry for their grammatical construction in the first few sentences.
