Is Giuliana Rancic losing more weight? Displays shockingly thin frame @E! Upfronts

Guiliana Rancic has always appeared slim but it looks like she has lost even more weight. The TV star sparked concern at the E! 2013 Upfront event held at the Manhattan Center in New York on Monday.
Giuliana, 38, chose a slinky black dress which did little to hide her shrinking frame and sinewy limbs.

I only hope she is okay ......

    She doesn't look like someone who has been eating properly. Just imagine how she looks not wearing any cloths on. Skeleton?
