Manchester United are crowned Champions as Fergie wins last home match as a manager.
Manchester United were today crowned English League Champions after they beat Swansea 2 - 1. They had already won the title two weeks ago with four matches left.
The occasion was also used as a send forth for perhaps the greatest English manager of all times, Sir Alex Ferguson, who retires as manager of Manchester United after 27 years on the saddle.
Paul Scholes also retires for the second time today.
