Meanwhile, Convener, Middle Belt Dialogue, Mr. Rima Shawulu, has said that all the arguments canvassed for granting amnesty to Boko Haram were not only illogical, but an attempt by President Goodluck Jonathan to satisfy he Northern oligarchy who felt that one of their own should have replaced late President Umaru Yar'Adua.
