The Child whose head ballooned to three times normal size

Roona Begum is an Indian toddler whose head swelled to three times it's normal size. The swelling is caused by an extreme form of hydrocephalus or water on the brain.


The 18-month-old is having a series of operations to reduce the size of her head.

After her story appeared in The Sun, thousands of people donated to charities to help her with her operations.
