There
are confirmed reports that former Chelsea's legend, Frank Lampard is
to join Manchester City on a six months loan move.
Manchester
City coach, Manuel Pellegrini has even confirmed the story.
Lampard
spent 13 years at Chelsea where he won everything with the club and
joined City's US team New York City FC after being released by Chelsea this year.
There
are also reports that, Lampard will refuse to play against Chelsea.

I find
the reports quite disturbing, how can Frank do this to us, yes us as
in Chelsea, until I read he won't play against Chelsea. Smart guy, we for.....Thank God
