Beauty with no Brains - Miss Utah fumbles question about pay inequality: 'We need to see how to create education better' or was is stage fright?.

While Miss Connecticut took the Miss USA crown on Sunday night, it was fellow competitor Miss Utah who nabbed the most attention with her fumbled answer in the Q&A round.
The video of Marissa Powell stumbling over her answer about pay inequality in the U.S. set the internet abuzz as the competition aired on Sunday night.

The model, actress and singer fished 'Judge 3' from a bowl on stage, and NeNe Leakes from The Real Housewives of Atlanta read her question.

'A recent report shows that in 40 percent of American families with children, women are the primary earners yet they continue to earn less than men. What does this say about society?' she said.

After pausing, Miss Powell responded: 'I think we can relate this back to education, and how we are continuing to try to strive to figure out how to create jobs right now. That is the biggest problem right now.
'I think, especially the men are … um … seen as the leaders of this, and so we need to see how to … create education better. So that we can solve this problem. Thank you.'
It appeared that she was aware of her struggle - as she paused mid-way through the answer and grinned at the audience sheepishly.
But America's critics weren't going to let her get off that easily and the internet was awash with laughter at her performance
