Terry on his way out



John Terry could be on his way out of Chelsea as early as next summer with the club not prepared to renew his current contract.

Terry's contract expires in 2014 but with fellow 30+ Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole heading for the Blues' exit door, Terry could be tempted to hasten his exit and head for the MLS at the end of the season.

The board of Chelsea is said to be concerned over the 31-year old defender's fitness and not his four-match ban for racially abusing Anton Ferdinand.

LA Galaxy will try again to lure Lampard to the club in January, with the midfielder out of favour and in the last year of his contract. Terry is presently serving a four-match ban.
