Daniel sturridge has been told he can leave the club in January and Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers is keen to sign in on loan to bolster his forward ranks.

While Sturridge was reluctant to accept a loan agreement in the summer, it may prove a more attractive option in January, given his desire to move after getting so few opportunities at Stamford Bridge this term, he will be out of contract by next season.
