PAYPAL Now In Nigeria – First Bank Partners Paypal to Expand E-commerce in Nigeria

For years I had tried to do online businesses with some particular websites without much success especially when those sites only accept and make payment via the Paypal payment platform.

Attempts were even made by many to open Paypal accounts from other countries while still resident in Nigeria but certain questions asked on the Paypal site made those attempts unrealistic. Eventually scammers took over and a lot of people were scammed of their money. (Thank God I never fell mugu) ...well all that has now changed.

Thanks to FirstBank, Nigerians can now owned and operate Paypal accounts legally while as resident in Nigeria.

Paypal is an online payment solution accepted all over the world with over 148 million accounts in 26 currencies spread over 203 markets around the world and with a new strategic partnership between it and First Bank of Nigeria, Nigerians can now have access to that solution.

If you own an account with FirstBank (I do), you can now pay and get paid globally in a manner that is seamless, secure and convenient.

First Bank is Nigeria's largest bank by assets and a leading commercial bank with over 750 branches across Nigeria with Cards accepted in over 200 countries and on millions of POS terminals and ATMs around the world. FirstBank have subsidiaries in UK, France, U.A.E, Ghana, Guinea, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Senegal, China and South Africa.

HOW IT WORKS
Paypal accounts holders can connect to merchants from across the world; Asia, North America, Europe and Beyond.
Paypal has a transaction limit of about $250 until the account is verified.

THE FIRST BANK ADVANTAGE
Creating a Paypal with First Bank means your accounts will automatically be verified, giving customers more freedom to transact.

HOW TO START
It simple as ABC.
Open an account with FirstBank. (If you already have one, don't open another one please).

Register to the online banking platform (this is easy, just filled a form and you are good to go).

Once you are logged in to the First Bank online platform - FirstOnline, you can now create a Paypal account from there and select what cards you wish to link to your Paypal account. (Its best you link the card you already use in doing regular businesses via online platform with the bank)

Now you can do businesses as a FirstBank customer on millions of websites around the world from your PCs and smartphones in a fast, easy and secure way without having to reveal any details of your bank card with the added reassurance of Paypal Buyer Protection.
.......
This is one time it pays to have several accounts with several banks. Now my FirstBank account can do much more than I had ever thought it could do. Hehe...
