Nigeria draw closer to World Cup Qualifier final round, draw 1-1 away to Namibia.

Nigeria's Super Eagles this evening, played a 1-1 draw away to the Brave Warriors of Namibia.
Nigeria had lot of missed chances in the first half and were made to pay for them in the 77^th minute of the second half when Kavendji of Namibia scored.
Nigeria equalized in the 83^rd minute from a free kick taken by Oboabona.
The final group matches will be played in September 2013 and a draw or win for Nigeria, who will be at home will be enough to book a place in the final stage of qualification.

With today's results, Namibia and Kenya have been knocked out of the World Cup Qualifiers.

Nigeria sits top of the group with 9 points and Namibia 7 points.

The Nigeria team now heads straight to the Confederation Cup in Rio, Brazil.
