Ashley Cole might leave Chelsea

Ashley Cole is to walk out on Chelsea at the end of the season after failing to agree terms on a new contract.
Ashley is adamant he will not sign the one-year extention on offer and is preparing to speak with other clubs, including Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, in January. He is a victim of Chelsea's new policy for players over the age of 30. Another player affected by this policy is Frank Lampard.

Didier Drogba even after scoring the winning penalty that helped Chelsea win their first Champion's league trophy was also offered a one-year extention last summer, but he quit after failing to reach an agreement, a situation that is likely to repeat itself with Ashley Cole and Frank Lampard.
