Bolt to defend Olympic sprint titles at Rio 2016



Usain Bolt, the Olympic and world record holder in the 100m and 200m has opted to defend his Olympic titles in Rio 2016 Olympic games rather than go for the 400m and long jump events he was trying to change it. Bolt had hinted he could be tempted to try the long jump and move up to the 400m in time for the 2016 Games but all that has now been cancelled.

He said he hope to show the world that there is a possibility that 'i can do it again', do the three peat. He also hopes to anchor the Jamaica 4 x 100m relay for the third time.

I wouldn't bet against him. The guy looks good for another four years. wishing him well.
