Ashley Cole to avoid ban after apology to FA's David Bernstein

Ashley Cole of Chelsea is to escape ban following his tweet using an expletive to describe the governing body after John Terry racism case.

David Bernstein, the FA boss said that Cole personally apologised to him the night after the incident. In his words "He saw me last night and he apologised personally, He showed real remorse. I looked him in the eye and I accepted that, He is free to play for England"

Cole has been capped 98 times for the England National team and will reach 100 mark if he appears in both San Marino and Poland match.
