Manchester City Silva Limps 

in injury worry    

David Silva limped out of Spain's World Cup Qualifier with France after just 10 minutes. He pulled up early into the match and signalled to the bench and walked straight down the tunnel. He could be a serious doubt for Manchester City's clash with West Bromwich on saturday.

 

The Spaniard has missed just one match for City so far this season-when he was rested for the Carling Cup clash with Aston Villa.

 

This will leave Mancini with a major headache as they head into an important run of matches.
