I wish to appeal to the
Federal Government, especially the members of the National Assembly, to make
the proposed change of plate number an ongoing process for those who had
followed the normal process to obtain the old plates and also bring the price
down to N7,000. Besides, government should put aside this issue of arresting
defaulters on the expiring date. If this is not done, Nigerians will see them
as leaders without empathy and insensitive to the people.
