Dragged
down by scandals infecting his Departments of Justice, Treasury and
State, and by an increasingly unpopular Obamacare law, the number of
Americans who disapprove of President Barack Obama's job performance
has eclipsed the unpopularity of George Zimmerman, the Sanford,
Florida neighborhood watch volunteer who was acquitted of murder
charges a week ago in the self-defense shooting of 17-year-old
Trayvon Martin.
A
Rasmussen Reports poll of 1,000 Americans surveyed July 17 and 18
shows that 48 per cent view Zimmerman unfavorably. Three out of the
four major presidential job-approval tracking polls conducted since
his July 13 verdict show Obama out of favor among even more
Americans.
Sometimes,
we are all Oliver Twist.
