NJC recommends sack of Chief Judge for age falsification

The National Judicial Council on Monday recommended the compulsory retirement of Justice Shadrach Nwanosike, the acting Chief Judge of Abia State, from office.
This was contained in a statement signed by the acting Director, Information of the Supreme Court, Soji Oye.

The statement said that the recommendation was sequel to the findings of the NJC that Nwanosike falsified his date of birth, which invariably affected his retirement age.

Everyone lies at some point or the other but lawyers lie the mostSadly we pay them to do just so. More than three quarter of government officers have falsified their age. It's no news.
