Wedding
bells have finally rung for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
After
weeks of speculation, Kardashian, 33, and West, 36, tied the knot in Florence,
Italy, at the Forte di Belvedere, Yahoo can confirm.
People reports
that Rich Wilkerson Jr., a pastor from North Miami, performed the ceremony.
The reality star's sisters — Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, and
Kylie — served as bridesmaids, according to E! while Kanye's best friends from
Chicago stood as his groomsmen. Bruce Jenner walked his stepdaughter down the
aisle as family members — such as matriarch Kris Jenner, Kim and
Kanye's daughter North West, Rob Kardashian, Scott Disick with Mason and
Penelope, grandma MJ, and Brandon and his wife Leah Jenner — looked
on.
So why did the couple decide to get married in Florence?
West discussed his love for the city in Florence's La Nazione newspaper
earlier this month.
"I love Florence, I love Italy and the
Italian lifestyle," the rapper revealed. "I think we conceived our
daughter North here, among the masterpieces of the Renaissance... It was our
first honeymoon. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, for me
the most beautiful in Europe."
Wishing them a successful married life. This is Kanye's first marriage and Kim's third.Kim was first married to Damon Thomas and then to basketballer player Kris Humphries and now Kanye West. Her married with Humphries lasted for just 72 days.
More officials pics to come later.
