Can this be possible, were this cars actually made in Naija?

INNOSON VEHICLE: Made, Manufactured and Assembled in Nnewi, Nigeria by Nigerian Workforce. The Federal government awarded them Contracts worth Billions of Naira to Produce the Buses for SURE-P for the states. The Company also Produces luxury Cars and buses. 

Saw this on FB and like most things there, I found it hard to believe. But let's close our eyes for a minutes and assume it is true, wouldn't it be cool?
