This
morning Nigerians were again thrown into weeping with the sudden news of the
death of one of her brightest singers, Branama singer, mother, sister and friend, Kefee in the U.S. of lungs
failure.
Kefee
had collapsed on a 14-hour flight to Chicago last week and the plane had to
make an emergency landing for her to seek immediate medical attention where she
went into coma, sadly she never wake up from it and passed on in the early hours of
this morning.
Her
U.K. Manger has since released a statement concerning her death. It was also
clarified in the statement that she was not 6 months pregnant as rumoured nor
did she died of pre-eclampsia. A disorder of pregnancy
characterized by high blood pressure and large amounts of protein in the urine.
My
Take:
While
this may just be another news for some of us to browse through until we read
another exciting news, let’s take some time to pray for the family and
relatives, for them, it’s not just another news but a deep pain filled with
anguish for as long as they live. Her death came too early, too soon and unexpectedly. She had so much to live for and was taken away in her prime. She will be
greatly missed.
Sleep
on and sleep well Kefee, we will miss you.
Rest
in His perfect peace for you
A
faithful Fan.
