MY THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Just seen a young university undergraduate with a tattoo conspicuously located on her face, a star above her upper left lips and I got thinking.

In school it may be the IN-thing amongst your friends and guarantees you a lot of pleasure and fun and some other untold privileges but in the future may harm your prospect.

People MAY most likely employ you based on your qualification but they will MOST certainly employ you based on your looks, all things being equal.

So if you are thinking of having a tattoo, it best to have one in a place that is in line with your future prospect and not in a place where people will look at you as an alien.  Nollywood fine; Bank No, no.

But if you must have it and work in a corporate world then please have it where only your partner is likely to see it and appreciate it in the dark or light as you may wish but not for the public or better still, have one you can easily remove with time. Not the yoruba type oh.

Because it may just cost you far much more than you paid for it later on.
