NBA PLAYOFFS: Spurs takes Western Conference, beats OKC 112-107 in Game 6

For the first time in their history, the San Antonio Spurs are heading to the NBA Finals in consecutive seasons. It took a truly special effort to get there. In an extremely tight, hard-fought Game 6 of the Western Conference finals, San Antonio outlasted the Oklahoma City Thunder to come away with a 112-107 overtime win at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

The victory required fighting back from several deficits, playing the second half and overtime without their floor leader and topping a younger and more athletic squad on its home court.
Will now meet NBA defending Champions Miami Heat in the final. Game 1 will be on Thursday at San Antonio's home.

My Take on the Final:
I think the Miami Heat will still win it in game five or six. If Miami Heat play to their near full capacity, they will win game 1 even if its been played away from their home but following tradition, they would likely test the waters in game 1 and take game 2 to level the series and then go home and take 3 and 4, going up two to one.
Go back to San Antonio and drop game 5, making the series 3-2. This is because they would like to finish the series and win the championship at home before their fans. Then in game 6 close it out with a solid win and the championship at home.

But if Miami Heat play to their full force, they will take it in Spurs home in game 5 to make it 4-1, but 5-2 is more realistic following their victory pattern this year in the play offs.

So, I'll give the 2014 NBA Championship to the defending champion, Miami Heat.
